We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will need to provide your full name, order number, and details of the product(s) you would like to return, and reason for returning.
Please note that return postage is at your expense. The return shipping address will be provided after you contact us.

Damages and issues
Every order is carefully packaged and checked prior to shipment. Should your item arrive defective, damaged or you've received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographs or videos as proof. We will then advise of next steps.
Orders that arrive with slight damage or scratches to the product or packaging will not be eligible for refund if the product formula remains unaffected.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, this includes the products received when purchasing Custom Routine/s, unless the item is faulty or defective. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
