This moisturiser’s number one ingredient is Houttuynia Cordata Extract (or Heartleaf), which has a long history in Chinese medicine to reduce inflammation and protect skin from bacteria and free radicals (aka. what makes you appear aged). This ingredient helps skin retain water with multiple humectants (skin identical ingredients), which draw water into the skin from the environment around you, and even from other layers of your skin. With its lightweight formula (thank you Methyl Trimethicone), it is an extremely effective moisturiser without feeling too thick. 

This is the perfect moisturiser for practically anyone, and especially those just beginning their skincare journey.

Well suited: regular, dry, combination, oily, acne-prone, mature, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, sensitive skin, pregnancy, and all ages

Not well suited: anyone trying to avoid fungal acne triggers

How to use

  • Use this moisturiser as the last step in your morning and/or night routine
  • Squeeze out a blueberry sized amount onto clean hands and gently massage all over the face and neck (this works best when your skin is still damp from other products, or even a mist of water)
  • A little goes a long way with this moisturiser due to its amazing formula
  • This product can be used twice, daily - even more if you're feeling extra dry

Important notes:

  • Due to the use of multiple esters, and especially Arginine, this product isn’t deemed fungal acne safe

  • Always patch test in inner elbow before use, especially if you have sensitive skin
  • Discontinue use if signs of irritation appear
