A lightweight sunscreen that can double as a moisturiser, packed with Hyaluronic Acids and Ceramides.

This daily sunscreen is a baeve fave, due to its light formulation and ability to work for the driest of skin to the oiliest of skin. This sunscreen has Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine (we know, we can’t pronounce it either), which is a broad-spectrum compound, meaning it protects from both UVA and UVB rays, and is considered very safe to use on the skin. It also doesn’t absorb into the skin, is non-comedogenic (doesn’t clog pores), and remains on the surface, which is exactly what you’re looking for in sun protection.

In addition to it’s SPF 50+ rating, this sunscreen is incredibly moisturising with 8 different types of Hyaluronic Acid at varying molecular weights, meaning that it provides moisture at different layers of the skin rather than just one. This product also contains Ceramides, which are lipids found naturally in the outer dermis (top layer of the skin), and this ingredient is important in keeping your skin barrier healthy and hydrated. This product has a great balance of ingredients that needs to stay on the skin for sun protection, and ingredients that penetrate into the skin to provide moisture.

Well suited: regular, dry, oily, combo, sensitive, acne-prone, psoriasis, over 16 years old and under 40 years old

Not well suited: rosacea, eczema, pregnancy, children 16 years of age and under, and those wanting to avoid fungal acne triggers

How to use

  • As the last step of your daily morning routine, squeeze a generous amount (around the size of a blueberry) onto clean fingers and gently massage over the face, ensuring you get your ears and neck too
  • Sunscreen should be used daily, applied on dry or damp skin, and reapplied throughout the day

Important notes:

  • This product contains Homosalate which has shown estrogenic activity when tested in-vitro in laboratories, but there is not strong enough evidence to support that this ingredient inhibits hormone function, however we have erred on the side of caution in terms of those pregnant
  • As this sunscreen is a chemical sunscreen, it is not recommended for those 16 years and under - physical sunscreens such as zinc formulas are best for these ages
  • Due to the use of Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, this product isn't deemed fungal acne safe
